Politica di cancellazione degli ordini

1. Conditions for order cancellation

· The customer can request the operational cancellation of the order within 24 hours from the completion of the purchase. Arredamenti Metallici M P will do its best to stop processing before shipping.

· After 24 hours, or if the order has already been entrusted to the courier, we may not be able to block the shipment. The customer may still exercise the right of withdrawal according to the Return and Refund Policy. This operating procedure does not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by the applicable legislation.

For custom-made or clearly personalized goods, operational cancellation may not be possible after production has started. The simple choice between standard variants available on the site, such as color or size, does not automatically make the product personalized.

2. Procedure for requesting cancellation

To request the cancellation of an order, the customer must follow the following procedure:

The customer must send a written communication via e-mail to customer service within the permitted deadline, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.

Customer service will verify the status of the order and confirm if cancellation is still possible.

The customer will then receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Refund management

In case of confirmed cancellation before shipment, the refund is normally processed within 2–3 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
